Q: How do I apply for wholesale?
A: Please fill out our application – click here. Once we have reviewed it, you will receive an email from us with the catalogue, price list and purchase order form which will have the MOQs and minimum order value.
Q: What are the terms and conditions?
A: All orders must be paid in advance before shipping.
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, cheque and wire transfers.
Q: What is the cost of freight?
A: Freight will be added to all wholesale shipments and invoiced accordingly, we have great rates with our carrier Fedex.
Q: What is the Lead Time?
A: 14 days, however, we strive to beat that each day and usually it is much less.
Q: Rotating Stock?
A: The hardeners have a manufacturing date stamped on them – we suggest rotating your stock as inventory is replenished on the shelf.
Q: Who do I send my order to?

Q: How do I price ArtResin in my store?
A: We strongly enforce that ArtResin products are not sold below the MSRP/MAP pricing shown on the Wholesale Price List and ArtResin products are never to go on sale or discounted in anyway.
Q: Can I be a distributor of ArtResin on Amazon? Other Marketplaces?
A: Our company ArtResin Inc. is the only authorized company to sell ArtResin products on the Amazon Platform and any other third party marketplaces.
Q: Who can be a reseller of ArtResin products?
A: All retail partners must have a brick and mortar store location.
Q: Are there any promotional items with my order?
A: With your first order of ArtResin you will receive a window decal to show that you now sell ArtResin products as well as a demo piece to display with the products to show the amazing results of ArtResin when applied to artwork.
